768px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Sustentable (SDS) mantiene una coordinaci\u00f3n interinstitucional permanente y realiza evaluaciones constantes a su personal operativo, con el objetivo de reforzar las acciones de prevenci\u00f3n y combate de incendios forestales en la entidad.<br>En el marco del convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n con la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional Forestal (CONAFOR) y a trav\u00e9s del Programa Estatal de Manejo del Fuego, se aplic\u00f3 la Prueba de Aptitud F\u00edsica, conocida como \u201cprueba de mochila ardua\u201d, requisito indispensable para la certificaci\u00f3n de combatientes forestales.<br>La evaluaci\u00f3n consiste en recorrer 4 kil\u00f3metros portando un peso de 20.10 kilogramos en un tiempo m\u00e1ximo de 45 minutos, con lo que se verifica que el personal cuente con la resistencia y las condiciones f\u00edsicas necesarias para realizar labores de alto riesgo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para salvaguardar la integridad de las y los 10 participantes, la Direcci\u00f3n General de Protecci\u00f3n Ciudadana Estatal brind\u00f3 acompa\u00f1amiento durante la actividad, con una ambulancia y personal param\u00e9dico que monitore\u00f3 signos vitales antes y durante el recorrido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Debido al alto riesgo que implica el combate de incendios forestales, estas certificaciones son obligatorias y garantizan que las y los brigadistas mantengan un estado de salud \u00f3ptimo, protegiendo tanto su vida como los
