{"id":1148,"date":"2022-03-02T12:35:30","date_gmt":"2022-03-02T19:35:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sds.nayarit.gob.mx\/?page_id=1148"},"modified":"2022-11-14T13:15:01","modified_gmt":"2022-11-14T20:15:01","slug":"indice-de-calidad-del-aire-y-riesgos-a-la-salud","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/sds.nayarit.gob.mx\/index.php\/indice-de-calidad-del-aire-y-riesgos-a-la-salud\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00cdndice de Calidad del Aire y Riesgos a la Salud."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><sup style=\"\"><strong><i><a href=\"https:\/\/sds.nayarit.gob.mx\/\">Inicio<\/a> -> <a href=\"https:\/\/sds.nayarit.gob.mx\/index.php\/medio-ambiente\/\">Medio Ambiente<\/a><\/i> -> <em>Calidad del Aire -> \u00cdndice de Calidad del Aire y Riesgos a la Salud<\/em><\/strong><\/sup> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"overflow-x:auto\">\n<div align=\"justify\">\n  <p>La Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Sustentable, utiliza un \u00edndice para difundir el estado de la calidad del aire a la poblaci\u00f3n y su asociaci\u00f3n con los efectos a la salud. Este \u00edndice se conoce como \u00cdndice AIRE Y SALUD, el cual presenta las siguientes consideraciones:<\/p>\n  <p>1.- La difusi\u00f3n del \u00cdndice AIRE Y SALUD se apega al Manual de Identidad Gr\u00e1fica, el cual establece la tipograf\u00eda, definici\u00f3n del color y proporciones.<\/p>\n  <p>2.- Tiene prop\u00f3sitos informativos sobre el estado de la calidad del aire, los riesgos a la salud y las medidas de protecci\u00f3n que deben difundirse a la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n  <p>3.- Se calcula e informa de forma horaria para los siguientes contaminantes criterio: ozono (O3), di\u00f3xido de nitr\u00f3geno (NO2), di\u00f3xido de azufre (SO2), mon\u00f3xido de carbono (CO), part\u00edculas suspendidas iguales o menores a 10 micr\u00f3metros (PM10) y part\u00edculas suspendidas iguales o menores a 2.5 micr\u00f3metros (PM2.5); y su difusi\u00f3n al p\u00fablico se realiza cada hora con un retraso m\u00e1ximo de 15 minutos, todos los d\u00edas del a\u00f1o, en un horario que se cubre al menos de las 8:00 a las 20:00 horas del uso horario que corresponda. Los Sistemas de Monitoreo de la Calidad del Aire que cuentan con la infraestructura suficiente, deben reportar el \u00cdndice AIRE Y SALUD las 24 horas del d\u00eda.<\/p>\n  <p>4.- Se calcula el \u00edndice para cada una de las estaciones de monitoreo que integran el Sistema de Monitoreo de la Calidad del Aire, con el objetivo de evaluar los niveles de exposici\u00f3n de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n  <p>5.- Debe difundirse por estaci\u00f3n de monitoreo y cuando sea posible se incluir\u00e1 informaci\u00f3n sobre la escala de representatividad de cada estaci\u00f3n. En el supuesto que se desee informar, de forma horaria, sobre la situaci\u00f3n de calidad del aire de un \u00e1rea espec\u00edfica, ya sea de una ciudad o asentamiento, debe presentarse el \u00cdndice AIRE Y SALUD que indique el mayor deterioro de la calidad del aire y un mayor riesgo a la salud.<\/p>\n  <p>6.- Cuando una estaci\u00f3n de monitoreo est\u00e9 fuera de operaci\u00f3n o en mantenimiento, el \u00cdndice AIRE Y SALUD que debe difundirse deber\u00e1 ser sustituido por la leyenda \u201cMantenimiento\u201d o \u201cFuera de operaci\u00f3n\u201d seg\u00fan sea el caso.<\/p>\n  <p>Con la implementaci\u00f3n de los lineamientos contenidos en la Norma Oficial Mexicana NOM-172-SEMARNAT-2019 para la obtenci\u00f3n y comunicaci\u00f3n del \u00cdndice de Calidad del Aire y Riesgos a la Salud, se establece un m\u00e9todo \u00fanico de c\u00e1lculo y los lineamientos de difusi\u00f3n que deben aplicar los gobiernos estatales o municipales responsables del monitoreo de la calidad del aire, con lo que se logra un avance significativo en materia de acceso a la informaci\u00f3n y protecci\u00f3n a la salud.<\/p>\n  <p>Los \u00edndices de Aire y Salud para los contaminantes criterio se obtienen de la siguiente manera:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table is-style-regular\"><table><thead><tr><th class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\"><strong>Calidad del aire<\/strong><\/th><th class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\"><strong>Nivel de riesgo asociado<\/strong><\/th><th class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\"><strong>Intervalo de PM10 promedio m\u00f3vil<br>ponderado de 12 horas (\u00b5g\/m3)<\/strong><\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\">Buena<\/td><td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\">Bajo<\/td><td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\">50<\/td><\/tr><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\">Aceptable<\/td><td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\">Moderado<\/td><td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\">&gt;50 y 75<\/td><\/tr><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\">Mala<\/td><td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\">Alto<\/td><td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\">&gt;75 y 155<\/td><\/tr><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\">Muy Mala<\/td><td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\">Muy Alto<\/td><td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\">&gt;155 y 235<\/td><\/tr><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\">Extremadamente Mala<\/td><td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\">Extremadamente Alto<\/td><td class=\"has-text-align-center\" data-align=\"center\">&gt;235<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><figcaption>Tabla 1.
